What does DigiLevel cost?
DigiLevel costs €35 per user per month, excluding VAT. Setup, custom work and any external subscriptions are agreed separately.
Who is DigiLevel for?
DigiLevel supports trade businesses that need to plan work, assign tasks and follow delivery. It connects office planning with work on site.
Do we need every module from day one?
No. We agree the setup around your team and processes. Start with the functions you need now and expand later.
Can our team add photographs to a work order?
Yes. Photographs can document the situation before, during and after work, alongside materials, hours and attachments.
Does the mobile app work on a phone?
Yes. The app is designed for smartphones. We can demonstrate it on your devices. Registration and synchronisation require an internet connection.
Can customers sign on site?
Yes. Customers can review and sign the work order on the technician’s device, subject to the configured workflow and permissions.
Can I control employee access?
Yes. Roles and permissions control the customers, assets and work orders employees can access and the actions they can perform.
Does every work order need a project?
No. You can create a work order without a project, using a customer and work-order type as the starting point.
Which integrations are available?
Connections include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, WeFact, inspection services, vehicles and telephony. Scope, activation and external subscriptions vary by integration.
Can you transfer our existing data?
We first review the available customer, asset, article and other data, then agree the import format, checks and setup.
How do I request a demo?

Where do I sign in?
Use Sign in and enter your company subdomain to open your workspace.
Does the VAT overview submit a tax return?
No. It supports checking your recorded figures with your accountant. It does not send a VAT return to the Dutch tax authority.
