Who is responsible?
This website is provided by PA Solutions under the DigiLevel name. For privacy questions, contact info@digilevel.nl.
What information do we use?
When you complete a contact or demo form, we receive your name, company name, email address, optional phone number, team size, feature preferences and message. Do not include passwords, medical information or other sensitive details.
Why do we use this information?
We use it to answer your question, arrange a demonstration or prepare an offer at your request. A request does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Responding to business enquiries may rely on a legitimate interest; steps towards an agreement are taken at your request.
Retention and deletion
Website enquiries are retained for up to 180 days. If you become a customer, necessary information is included in your customer record and the applicable agreements and legal retention requirements apply. Email correspondence is deleted when no longer needed, unless retention is required.
Who receives the information?
People handling your request and providers needed for hosting, security and email may process information. Where needed, we enter into data-processing agreements. We do not sell form submissions. International transfers and safeguards must reflect the providers actually used.
Cookies and technical information
This website uses necessary session cookies for forms and security. Its interface and interactive features work without advertising cookies. We do not add marketing pixels or analytics trackers. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, timestamps and error information to operate the service and prevent abuse.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, you may also object, request restriction or request transfer of your information. Contact info@digilevel.nl. We may verify your identity. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This notice covers the public website and requests made through it. Customer workspaces are subject to additional agreements with the relevant organisation, including a data-processing agreement where applicable.
