Retrieves and receives

What this integration does

  • Retrieves all lifts, escalators and moving walks your KONE account can access, with building and address
  • Links them automatically to your assets by KEN, serial number or your own lift number
  • Link unrecognised lifts manually with a search; unlinking is always possible
  • Retrieves maintenance orders with date, type, status, work order and service order number
  • Receives lift status through a webhook: in service, out of order, entrapment and maintenance status
  • Shows a KONE block with status and recent orders on the asset page
